Authorization to Begin Work:

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

For custom color orders, specialty materials, or large projects, Blackline Surface Co. reserves the right to require a deposit before materials are ordered or work begins.

Any unpaid balance may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Texas law.

The customer agrees to reimburse Blackline Surface Co. for all reasonable costs incurred in collecting unpaid balances, including attorney's fees, court costs, collection agency fees, and lien filing fees where permitted by law.

Authorization to Begin Work:

By approving an estimate, signing a proposal, making a deposit, scheduling the project, or authorizing Blackline Surface Co. to begin work, the customer acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and agrees to pay for all labor, materials, and services provided.

Once materials have been ordered or installation has begun, the project may not be canceled without payment for all completed work, materials purchased, special-order items, mobilization, and any other costs incurred.

The customer is responsible for removing all livestock, equipment, bedding, feed, water, personal belongings, and other obstructions from the work area prior to the scheduled installation date.

Any delays or additional labor required due to the work area not being ready may result in additional charges.
